Mainly, Landhaus Martin will convince you within three scopes: the best location, 380m² of living space on 4 levels and the most sophisticated interior decoration with the lates electronic equipment, such as: 40" LED TV, Nintendo Wii, Playstation2 and 5.1 home cinema.

Surrounded is the house by a 1000m² garden area, which is great for barbeques during the long alpine summer from the late April to October. Kids use the garden for games and having fun, while parents appreciate that the surrounding area is secure and in general on highest standard. In Winter time, guests like the fact, that the ski lift (Penkenbahn Mayrhofen/ Ahornbahn) to Zillertal3000, the biggest ski area in the valley, is right next to Landhaus Martin, accessable through a 80m walk.
